NJ Senate Passes Medical Marijuana Bill

More Americans Favor Marijuana Legalization Than 30 Years Ago

More Americans are comfortable with the idea of the legalization of marijuana today than they were 30 years ago.
That’s according to a new CBS/New York Times survey which found that 41 percent of Americans favor the legalization of cannabis compared to 27 percent in 1979.

Michael Phelps Apologizes for Marijuana Picture

After photos of him smoking marijuana from a bong surfaced in a UK paper last week, Olympic swimming phenomenon Michael Phelps apologized yesterday saying his behavior was “regrettable” (see photo here).
