Pamela Anderson, the former Playboy centerfold and Baywatch actress, has written an open letter to President-elect Barack Obama asking him to legalize marijuana.
In a 600-word letter written to Obama on Tuesday on her website covering subjects from the war in Iraq, healthcare and vegetarianism, Anderson says she believes marijuana should be legalized and taxed.

Alameda, California Issues Moratorium on Marijuana Dispensaries

Alameda, California city council voted last week to issue a 45-day moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries to study the issue.
